A: Excuse me.
B: Hello. May I help you?
A: I just checked in last night and I’m going sightseeing today. Could you give me some advices?
B: Well...What do you want to know about?
A: What are the must-sees in Kaohsiung?
B: Hmm… The Lotus Pond is near here, you can go there for the festival tonight.
A: What festival?
B: It’s the Wannian Folklore Festival, an annual activity in Zuoying. They’ll invite celebrities such as Jeannie Hsieh and there will be street vendors selling some goods.
A: Sounds great. Is there any indoor spot I can visit?
B: Yes. We have the biggest shopping mall in Asia that is the Dream Mall.
A: I guess that means I can’t go through it in a day, can I?
B: Well…You can if you walk really fast .
A: OK. And what are the dishes that you highly recommended?
B: It really depends on your taste, I personally love stinky tofu very much.
A: Umm…Is there something else? Because I don’t think I dare to try that.
B: Then how about pineapple cake?
A: Oh. That’s the one my friend told me that I must try. He said it was so delicious that he couldn’t help having one after another.
B: Yes. Pineapple cakes are quite popular in Taiwan these days.
A: It’s pretty popular in America too, I even saw a report on CNN about pineapple cakes in Taiwan.
B: I’m glad to hear that.
A: By the way, which bus can I take to these spots?
B: Well…You have to transform different buses. Here is the route map.
A: Thank you. And how much does is it cost for a ticket?
B: $12.
A: OK. Then I better set off now. See you later.
B: Have a nice day.
